my week in florida went by way too quickly. we went from 80-degree weather to 50-degree weather. i'm coming down with a cold, but with my pregnancy there aren't too many medicines i can take right now; so, it looks like i'm stuck with it for a while.
going back to work hasn't been so bad, but i truly miss being in florida. i really wouldn't mind moving down there. as much as i would miss my friends and family up here, being in such nice weather makes me so much happier.
i finally went to my first prenatal appointment yesterday morning. they already did an ultrasound, and i actually got to see our baby for the first time. it really hits you when you see it growing inside of you. makes you amazed about this miracle. to think it's as big as a cheese puff right now and then to see how much it grows within the next 7-8 months will be so exciting. i'm in awe just thinking of it.
i'm sure i'll write more later, don't feel like writing a whole lot in here right now...
